You''ll lead and motivate the team, ensure high standards of care, safeguard children and young people, oversee care planning, maintain Ofsted compliance and help create a safe, therapeutic environment where young people can thrive. Requirements Minimum 2 years'' experience in a Children''s Residential Home. Previous supervisory or leadership experience. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
