A therapeutic children and young people''s care provider with a network of homes throughout the UK. Their goal is to focus on staff development so team members undergo continuous training to support growth and knowledge. You will have adequate tools to carry out your job safely, whilst feeling valued. What would your responsibilities be? The main aim of a Deputy Manager is to assist the Manager with the development of the service and staff team, to ensure high levels of therapeutic support is given to the children and young people in the home. Duties include working in partnership with the young people , professionals, staff team and families, in order to meet their needs. Leading on reflective practice and ensuring this is upheld, supervision of team members to build confidence, identify team members who require support and have the ability to work collaboratively for overall improvement, contributing to quality inductions, keeping home paperwork up to date, to name but a few.Requirements?
