We are looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join a 4-bed children''s residential home in Coventry, supporting young people aged 8-17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role, supporting the Registered Manager while helping to create a safe, nurturing and positive home where young people can thrive. WHAT YOU''LL BE DOING Supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home Leading shifts and managing the home in the Manager''s absence Leading, motivating and supporting the residential care team Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people Supporting young people with EBD, trauma and challenging behaviours Supporting care plans, risk assessments and behaviour support plans Maintaining high standards in line with Ofsted requirements Supporting Regulation 44/45 processes and quality assurance Working closely with social workers, schools and other professionals Supporting staff supervision, development and performance WHAT WE''RE LOOKING FOR ESSENTIAL: You must hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People''s ..... full job details .....
