We're looking for a Deputy Manager to help lead our team, supporting and guiding staff to deliver outstanding, child-centred care to children and young people. About the Role As Deputy Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Registered Manager to run the home to the highest standards, deputising in their absence.
