This position will commence as a Deputy Manager, with a view to progressing to Registered Manager at another home within 6 - 12 months. Individual will possess a strong understanding of OFSTED regulations and compliance requirements, along with experience of running an OFSTED regulated children''s home.The successful candidate will help lead a dedicated team in providing outstanding care and outcomes for children and young people with EBD and will support the Registered Manager in the delivery of high-quality care to the young people residents at the home.Daily tasks will include delivery of all care related services, helping the RM with strategic planning for developments within the home, safeguarding, staffing as well as all that pertains to the day to day ..... full job details .....
