We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join a 4-bed children''s residential home supporting young people aged 8-17 (EBD).

You will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, lead shifts, support staff, and help create a safe and nurturing environment for young people to thrive.

• Level 3 in Children & Young People essential
• Previous residential childcare experience required
• Leadership or senior experience preferred
• Clear progression to Registered Manager pathway
