• Support the Registered Manager and lead the team

• Oversee care plans and compliance

• Mentor staff and support training

• Ensure children’s needs are met with compassion and consistency

• NVQ Level 3 (Children’s Residential or equivalent)
• Experience in a senior or deputy care role
• Strong communication & organisational skills
