You will have significant experience of working within a Residential Children s Home in perhaps a senior or team-leading role and are looking for the next step forward in your career.Are you the right person for the job? Minimum of two years experience at Deputy, Senior, or Team Leader level within a Children s Residential SettingIdeally hold QCF Level 4, Children and Young People, be working toward its completion or willing to commence study.
