Deputy Manager- Children and Young People Residential Care Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, 10-18 years old Days and Waking Nights 8am-8pm, 8pm-8am Location: Doncaster 30,888- 41,184 A high?quality children and young people''s residential care service in Doncaster is seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading a safe, nurturing and well?run home. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong childcare experience who is ready to step into a senior leadership role within a regulated residential setting. About the Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in overseeing all aspects of residential care for children and young people, ensuring the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations, group policies and best practice. You will act as senior on duty and take full responsibility for the home in the Registered Manager''s absence. "In the absence of the Registered Manager, to be responsible for all administration/childcare functions at the home." You will provide leadership, guidance and decision?making to ensure high standards of care, strong safeguarding practice and effective staff performance.
