Deputy Manager - 2 bedded Children''s Residential Home Location: Manchester Salary: 28,828.40 - 38,438.40 per annum, plus 52 per sleep Hours: Full-time, Permanent Shifts: 3 x 12 hour shifts plus sleepsDeputy Manager candidates can choose between a 36 hour, 40 hour or 48 hour permanent contract. You will offer support with a team of residential support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered while promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in your care.Key Responsibilities:Lead, support and mentor staff teams throughout the homeSupport young people in care with day to day duties and independence.
