Deputy Manager - 2 bedded Children''s Residential Home Location: Leigh/Walkden, Greater Manchester Salary: 28,828.40 - 38,438.40 per annum, plus 52 per sleep Hours: 48 hours per week, Full-time, Permanent Shifts: 4 x 12 hour shifts plus sleepsBrook Street Social Care, in proud partnership with a respected children''s residential care provider in Manchester, is recruiting for experienced and dedicated Deputy Managers to join their compassionate and expanding team.About the Role:As a Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people with EBD needs in a safe, children centred and structured environment. You will offer support with a team of residential support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered while promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in your care.Key Responsibilities:Lead, support and mentor staff teams throughout the homeSupport young people in care with day to day duties and independence.
