Job Responsibilities Assist the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations within children''s residential services.Lead and support a team of care staff, ensuring the delivery of high standards of care and support.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, promoting positive behavioural and developmental outcomes.Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements where necessary.Support staff training and development to maintain a motivated and skilled team.Build strong relationships with children, young people, families, and external agencies.Manage safeguarding procedures and ensure the safety and well being of all children and young people.Assist in the recruitment, on-boarding, and performance management of team members.Participate in on-call duties and ..... full job details .....
