      <description>Location: Edgware | Salary: &amp;pound;18 - &amp;pound;21/hour | Type: Permanent | An opportunity has arisen for a  Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager  to join a specialist children’s residential care provider supporting young people with SEMH needs through a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment.  As a  Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager , you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of the home, leading the team and progressing towards a Registered Manager position.  This full-time role offers a salary range of £18 - £21 per hour plus £60 per sleep-in and benefits.  They will consider candidates on a  Permanent, Temp-to-Perm, or Temporary basis.   You will also have the opportunity to progress towards becoming a Registered Manager.     You will be responsible for:   	 Supporting the Registered Manager with the effective running of the residential home.
