The successful candidate-will be either mechanically or electrically biased and will be supervising the specialist M&E sub-contractors. You will also progress M&E design queries whilst supporting the Project Manager in the delivery of the schemes. Duties will include: Assist in the co-ordination of M&E Design, liaising with external consultants. Supervise specialist M&E sub-contractors by effective communication and proactive involvement in the day to day running of the site. Implementing the highest standards of safety, quality, compliance and communication from the outset Attending programme meetings to ensure best build programme is being maintained. Working alongside the Services Project Manager, the successful candidate will use their knowledge of building control to ensure that all systems meet the requirement for handover.
