This is a 3 month temporary contract, working two days per week in the office on duty, with the rate dependent on experience. What you will be doing: Providing day-to-day leadership and support to two Prevention Outreach Officers (subject to change), including line management responsibilities Acting as Duty Manager within the offices two days per week Leading on a range of critical partnerships and multi-agency initiatives, including MARAC, MAPPA, Rough Sleeping and Housing First Ensuring effective joint working across statutory and voluntary sector agencies to support some of the most vulnerable residents What you will need: Substantial experience in homelessness and housing options services Strong understanding of Housing Act 1996 Part VII and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 Experience of partnership working with statutory and voluntary sector agencies Excellent decision making and case management skills Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff in a fast paced, frontline environment Experience of Home Connection...
