Deputy Hospital Director Location: Grimsby DN37 Hours: 37.5 hours per week Salary: 54,077 plus benefits Right Search Recruitment have teamed up with a client who is seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Hospital Director to join their team. This is a permanent position where you will play a crucial role in leading both clinical and non-clinical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare. You will also deputise for the Hospital Director, attending key internal and external meetings. Key Responsibilities: Provide strong and effective leadership within the hospital environment. Oversee budgetary responsibilities alongside the Hospital Director. Promote and safeguard the well-being of service users, employees, and visitors. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and statutory requirements. Complete regulatory notifications and Serious Untoward Incident (SUI) investigations. What You Will Need: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin. Background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Ability to manage multiple issues in a dynamic environment. Awareness of the wider healthcare economy and political landscape. Comprehensive understanding of statutory regulations.
