This is an excellent opportunity for an NMC-registered nurse with strong clinical leadership skills who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.The successful candidate will support the Home Manager in overseeing the clinical delivery and day-to-day running of the service, ensuring residents receive safe, effective and compassionate nursing care in line with CQC regulations and best practice.About the RoleAs Deputy Manager (Clinical), you will play a key role in leading the nursing and care teams, maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring residents'' needs are met with dignity, respect and compassion.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the home and taking responsibility in their absence.Providing clinical leadership, guidance and supervision to nurses and care staff.Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, clinical governance requirements and company policies.Conducting clinical audits and monitoring care standards.Reviewing and updating care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation.Overseeing medication management and ensuring safe administration practices.Supporting pre-admission assessments and ongoing reviews of residents'' ..... full job details .....
