Clinical Deputy Home Manager Chadwell Heath From 60,000 per annum Full-Time 40 Hours per Week JCO Healthcare is supporting a well-established care provider in the search for a Clinical Deputy Manager to join the leadership team of a 49-bed nursing home in Chadwell Heath. The Opportunity Working closely with the Home Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day leadership of the service, supporting clinical governance, team development, compliance, and quality improvement initiatives. You will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of resident care while creating a positive and supportive environment for staff and residents alike. Key Responsibilities Support the overall management and operation of the service Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams Promote high standards of person-centred care and resident wellbeing Oversee care planning, risk assessments and clinical governance processes Support regulatory compliance and quality assurance activities Lead audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives Assist with recruitment, supervision, training and staff development Support occupancy, staffing and rota management Build positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals Assume responsibility for the ..... full job details .....
