Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an award-winning elderly care provider for a  Deputy Home Manager for a lovely home on the coast of West Sussex

The home is a part of a fantanstic group and is due to open up later this year at the end of 2025. The home will be purpose built and provide Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite Care to elderly residents.

The candidate

The ideal Deputy Home Manager should be someone who has experience of being in a managerial role previously and have a strong background of working within elderly care services.

Location: The home is based in West Sussex and commutable from Bognor Regis, Chichester, Worthing, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Havent, Horsham & Eastbourne
