Deputy Home Manager - Children and Young People Location: Hatfield Salary: £34,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE) plus additional sleep-in payments Hours: Full-time, working long day shifts with occasional sleep-ins Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential I am recruiting on behalf of a respected provider of residential childcare services for children and young people. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Deputy Home Manager to join a supportive and passionate team in Hatfield. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker or an existing Deputy Manager who is ready to take on greater responsibility and contribute to a nurturing, child-focused environment.
