The smaller size of the service allows staff to build genuine relationships with residents, ensuring care is tailored to each individual''s needs while promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.Our client is looking for someone who shares their commitment to delivering outstanding care and creating a positive home environment for both residents and staff. Whilst previous Deputy Manager experience would be advantageous, they are equally happy to consider an experienced Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader who is ready to take the next step in their career.
