The school supports young people with SEMH needs, most of whom have EHCPs. It opened recently, has passed its pre-registration inspection and has plans to grow. The Deputy Headteacher will work alongside the Headteacher as part of a two-person senior team, helping to shape the school through its next stage of development. The role This is a hands-on senior leadership role in a trauma-informed, therapeutic setting, for a leader who wants to be the operational presence in school every day.
