Deputy Headteacher (Inclusion)

Integrity Education Solutions are supporting an independent SEN provider, who are seeking to appoint an Deputy Headteacher (Inclusion) within their specialist remote learning provision from January 2027. This is a strategically important leadership position within a growing specialist provision supporting neurodiverse children and young people aged 9 25 with SEND through a therapeutic, highly personalised virtual learning model. Working closely with the Principal and wider SLT, the successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across the school, with specific strategic oversight of Inclusion, while helping the provision respond effectively to increasing pupil numbers and complexity of need. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the Inclusion strand, working closely with the Principal to drive school improvement, growth and whole-school development. Deputise for the Principal when required and contribute to effective strategic and operational leadership across the provision. Lead a therapy-informed, SEND-focused approach, ensuring pupils receive personalised programmes, appropriate adaptations and effective support. Work collaboratively with SEND, therapy and clinical professionals to ensure education and therapeutic provision is aligned and responsive to individual needs.
