      <description>Location: Carshalton | Salary: 56068.00-56068.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Carshalton College is seeking an ambitious and experienced Deputy Head of School to help deliver an outstanding student experience, enabling learners to achieve their qualifications, progress successfully, and develop the skills needed for employment and lifelong learning. The successful candidate will provide leadership and management across a range of curriculum areas, while contributing to the wider management and operational functions of the School and College. You will oversee the effective delivery of programmes, including recruitment, enrolment, retention and achievement, and work closely with the Head of School to support budgeting, performance and partnership management.
