We are a specialist youth club, creating community, breaking barriers and empowering learning disabled and autistic young people. Deputy Head of Programmes / Senior Youth Worker In this role, you will combine hands-on youth work with leadership responsibilities, helping to ensure that young people receive high-quality support, opportunities and experiences that enable them to thrive. Working closely with the Head of Programmes, you will play a key role in the planning, delivery and development of our youth services, while also leading your own areas of responsibility. Safeguarding is key to supporting young people and you will be the Deputy Desginated Safeguarding Lead. Youth Work Leadership You will lead the delivery of youth work sessions within our youth club programme, building positive relationships with young people and creating a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where they can develop confidence, skills and aspirations. Caxton Youth Organisation runs three evening youth club sessions each week, and you will take the lead in the smooth running of two sessions.
