This is a hands-on senior HR role for someone who can hit the ground running, provide confident advice on high-volume and highly complex people matters, and work effectively with senior leaders across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will provide both operational and strategic HR support, deputise when required, and help ensure managers receive timely, pragmatic and commercially sound advice. The role will also have a small team underneath it. The exact structure is still being finalised, but this is likely to be either around six HR Administrators reporting into the role, or a Team Leader who will manage the administrative team.
