This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR and payroll leader to step into a high-impact role, shaping service delivery, enhancing process consistency and strengthening business-wide collaboration.Your New RoleAs the Deputy Head of HR and Payroll, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR and payroll function across three UK companies. Working closely with the Head of HR, you''ll ensure that all HR and payroll services are delivered accurately, efficiently and in full compliance with UK legislation and internal standards.You''ll lead the HR operations team, embedding a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
