With a reduced teaching commitment, you''ll combine hands-on teaching with strategic leadership to improve learner outcomes and strengthen employer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the strategic and operational leadership of the faculty.Lead, motivate and develop teaching and support staff.Deliver up to 7.5 hours of teaching per week.Drive improvements in teaching quality, learner achievement and curriculum delivery.Support quality assurance, self-assessment and inspection readiness.Build strong relationships with employers and industry partners.Assist with resource planning, budgets and curriculum development.Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, inclusion and student wellbeing.About You:EssentialTeaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd or equivalent).Degree, professional ..... full job details .....
