The opportunity As Deputy Head of Credit Risk, you will play a central role in safeguarding and shaping the bank''s UK mortgage and property lending activities. Key aspects of the role include: Deal assessment and underwriting Reviewing new mortgage and property credit applications originated by the business. Providing independent risk assessment and recommendations, including structuring, security, covenants and mitigants. Portfolio oversight and risk monitoring Monitoring the health of the mortgage and property portfolio, including early warning indicators and covenant compliance. Supporting ongoing refinement of credit policies, risk appetite and lending standards in response to market and regulatory developments. Leadership, ..... full job details .....
