Deputy Head of Alternate Provision

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the leadership and continued development of a provision that delivers a positive, inclusive, and impactful learning environment for young people who benefit from a more tailored approach to education.As Deputy Centre Manager, you will support the overall leadership and day-to-day running of the provision. This role offers a balance of both teaching and leadership responsibilities, allowing you to work directly with students while also contributing to staff development, curriculum delivery, and operational management.You will work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of dedicated staff, maintain high standards of teaching and learning, and build strong relationships with students, families, and external professionals.The ideal candidate will:Have proven experience within education, with some leadership responsibility, ideally in SEND or alternative provision settingsBe passionate about supporting students with additional needs and barriers to learningDemonstrate strong organisational and communication skillsBe committed to developing both staff and studentsHave a flexible, proactive, and solution-focused approachThis setting is committed to doing ..... full job details .....
