You will work alongside our Heads of Advocacy and Support to deliver advice, support, and advocacy to thousands of LGBT+ victims and survivors of interpersonal abuse and violence each year. You will be the main support for all the Advocacy and Support Managers, leading a large, dispersed team of specialist managers who are supporting a team of IDVAs, ISVAs, CHIDVAs, CHISVAs, specialist hate crime advocates, and multi-disciplinary caseworkers and advocates. Managing a team of Advocacy and Support Managers, you will ensure that survivors have access to needs-led, timely support that is right for them, maintaining high quality, consistent support, whether that is in-person or remote. You will ensure that advocacy services are delivered effectively and within a robust safeguarding framework.
