The Role:Support the strategic and day-to-day leadership of a large, successful Sixth FormLead the Business and Economics department, ensuring high standards of teaching and outcomesDeliver outstanding lessons and contribute to curriculum developmentMentor and support colleagues within the sixth form and subject teamWork closely with the senior leadership team to enhance academic performance and student experience
