As Deputy Head Housekeeper, you will help lead the busy vibrant team and ensure thousands of guests experience wonderful stays in immaculate rooms Your day to day; Implementation of the required standards of cleanliness and presentation of rooms Mentor your team to ensure they provide the highest standards and attention to detail at all times Responding to guest comments and issues in a professional manner and rectifying any problems as soon as possible Ensuring the team are completing their work within a set time frame.
