The role will focus particularly on Credit Management and Cash Applications, ensuring high-quality service delivery, SLA adherence, financial accuracy, internal controls and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in O2C operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively across finance, operations and matrixed stakeholder environments. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder to Cash Operations Manage end-to-end service delivery for O2C processes within scope. Oversee activities across Credit Management and Cash Applications. Manage invoice processing, vendor/customer master data activities, query resolution, indexing, invoice reconciliation and accounts reporting as applicable to the operation.
