Lead a branded pub team, inspiring a branded pub team and high standards of hospitality.Willing to work in a number of different Houses providing DGM support where required.A driver with access to independent transport to travel between sites as needed.Able to take full responsibility for the business in the absence of the GM.Committed to compliance and sustainability in operations.Support the GM in building a great team and driving business performance.Qualifications
