As the group continues to strengthen its hotel portfolio, we are seeking a Deputy General Manager of Operations for the day-to-day stewardship of 2-3 four-star hotels. This role is intended for a senior hotel leader who values continuity, discretion, and operational excellence. It offers the opportunity to work closely with ownership, contribute to strategic decisions, and help shape the future of the group over the long term. Key Responsibilities 1. Group Operations Leadership Participate in the development and implementation of annual, monthly business plan, as well as weekly operational plans for individual hotels.
