Deputy General Manager benefits:

• andpound;58,000 salary including tronc/bonuses (andpound;50,000 package) 48-hour week
• 9:30pm last foods orders andndash; 10:30pm last drinks

• 7-day operation 40andndash;140 covers daily, up to 200 on Sundays
