Hotel Du Vin is looking for a leader who understands that running a successful business isn’t just about exceeding brand standards or a strong PandL, but also about looking after the team and developing them to deliver celebrity service. You will be 12 months (or less) from running your own hotel and keen to join a brand that will give you the opportunity to shine.You’re a real organiser who loves leading and motivating your team. You will drive the brand strategy in all elements of the business and help position HDV as a preferred employer and destination to stay, eat and drink. You will know the market and understand how to maximise revenue by managing the detail through your department managers and team, leading from the front to set the example.Ideally you will have previous experience in managing large teams and a sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property; however, this isn’t a deal breaker.Interested?
