Hours:

40 hours per week over 5 days (including 1 weekend day)We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy General Manager to support the General Manager in leading one of Manchester’s most iconic cultural destinations. This is a key leadership role where you will help drive operational excellence, deliver outstanding visitor experiences, and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the venue.As Deputy General Manager, you will act as second in command, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, inspiring teams, and stepping in for the General Manager when required. Support the General Manager in leading daily operations across café, restaurant, and eventsEnsure excellent food and service delivery in line with brand and client standardsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersMotivate and manage a high-performing, diverse teamUphold health and safety, compliance, and sustainability standardsContribute to commercial growth and achievement of financial goalsAssist with marketing initiatives to increase footfall and engagementWho You Are
