This is a varied role covering facilities management, health and safety, compliance, contractors, suppliers, budgets and office projects, with responsibility for supervising the Facilities Team at the site and deputising for the Facilities Officer when required. Key Responsibilities Support the Facilities Officer with the day-to-day management and maintenance of offices nationally. Oversee office services including maintenance, cleaning, security, fire alarms, energy, catering and general facilities. Respond to facilities issues and ensure problems are resolved quickly and effectively. Support office relocations, refurbishments and redevelopment projects, helping to ensure they are delivered on time and to the required standard.
