Deputy Director of People

Salary: Starting at £66,920, raising to £77,555 Hours: 37 hours per week (full-time) Contract: Permanent Location: Family Action Head Office, London N1 7GR. Our office space is wheelchair accessible. We typically work two days a week in the office, but offer the flexibility of home-working anywhere within the UK. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: This is an important senior role in Family Action. As Deputy Director of People, you will lead on all People matters at Family Action, encompassing HR, EDI, volunteers and Learning and Development. You will report to the General Counsel and Director of Systems. Your role will be varied, exciting and incredibly worthwhile.
