Supporting the statutory Director of Adult Social Services (DASS), the successful candidate will act as a key advisor across the entire Adult Social Care system, ensuring statutory responsibilities are met and high-quality services are maintained. Key Responsibilities The Deputy DASS will: Ensure continuity, resilience, and excellence in Adult Social Care service delivery. Provide strategic oversight and support to the three Localities, embedding accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement. Maintain consistent delivery across localities to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and organisational standards.
