Given the importance of this role, we are particularly interested in candidates operating at Deputy Company Secretary level who hold a relevant professional qualification and can quickly step into a senior governance position.This is a critical appointment that requires an individual who can hit the ground running from day one. It is not a development opportunity or a role suitable for someone looking to gain exposure to company secretarial responsibilities. We need a seasoned professional who brings proven expertise, sound judgement, and the confidence to work independently within a complex organisational environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert company secretarial and corporate governance support.Lead the planning, preparation and delivery of Board and Committee meetings.Prepare high-quality Board and Committee papers, agendas and minutes.Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and governance requirements.Advise senior stakeholders on governance best practice and corporate compliance matters.Maintain statutory registers and oversee required filings and reporting obligations.Support the implementation and continuous improvement of governance ..... full job details .....
