Deputy Clinical Lead - End of Life Urgent Care Service (EOLUCS) (Band 6) Salary: £39,060 - £47,034 Per Annum, Depending on Experience Hours: 37.5 Hours Per Week Permanent Full-Time We are looking for an experienced and compassionate registered nurse to join St Luke s Hospice as Deputy Clinical Lead within our End of Life Urgent Care Service. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of responsive, high-quality end of life care in the community, helping patients remain in their preferred place of care and avoid unnecessary hospital admission. ABOUT THE ROLE As Deputy Clinical Lead, you ll work closely with the Clinical Lead to shape and support a dynamic, community-based service. You will: Support the Clinical Lead in the operational management and day-to-day delivery of the EOLUCS team. Provide clinical leadership, specialist assessment and decision-making for patients receiving end of life care in the community. Help coordinate workloads, support team development and contribute to service improvement. Work closely with internal teams and external health and social care partners to deliver coordinated, patient-centred care. Deputise for the Clinical Lead when required.
