Your ResponsibilitiesAs Deputy Children''s Manager, you will: Lead care practices within the home and deputise for the Registered Manager when required. Oversee staff supervision, development and performance. Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures and relevant regulatory requirements. Work directly with children and young people to promote positive relationships and outcomes. Plan shifts, allocate resources and support smooth day-to-day operations. Support the development and implementation of individual care and therapeutic plans. Work collaboratively with external professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for young people. Promote an inclusive, nurturing and stable home environment. Provide effective leadership and support to the residential care team.
