Deputy Children''s Home Manager - Middleton Cheney (Near Banbury)

Salary: -37,562 - -38,827 + -46.01 per sleep-in
Location: Middleton Cheney, near Banbury
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

We are recruiting for an experienced Deputy Children''s Home Manager to support the leadership of a 3-bed children''s residential home.

You will work alongside the Registered Manager to ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and compliance while supporting young people with emotional and behavioural needs to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day running of the home
• Lead and support staff teams
• Promote safeguarding and positive outcomes
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations
• Complete care plans, risk assessments and reports
• Participate in on-call and sleep-in duties

Requirements:

• Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience within children''s residential care
• Leadership or senior support experience
• Strong safeguarding and compliance knowledge
• Full UK driving licence essential
