Salary: -37,562 - -38,827 plus -46.01 per sleep-in
Full-Time Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Children''s Home Manager to support the leadership of a 3-bed children''s residential home in Gravenhurst.

You will support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for young people. This role is ideal for someone passionate about residential childcare and looking to progress their career within a supportive organisation.

Duties include:

• Supporting the daily operation of the home

• Leading and supervising staff shifts

• Promoting safeguarding and positive behaviour

• Supporting care plans and risk assessments

• Working with social workers, families, and external agencies

• Ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and company policies

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People or equivalent

• Experience within children''s residential care

• Leadership or senior experience preferred

• Full UK driving licence essential

• Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
