Key areas of responsibility include: Deputising for the Centre Manager in his/her absence Overseeing all aspects and stages of the learner journey Supporting the coordination and oversight of the provision delivery within the centre Learner recruitment and onboarding Provision of pastoral and welfare support to learners Provision of careers advice and guidance to learners Supporting coordination of SEND provision within the centre.
