Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our team in a beautifully decorated care home in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 or above and have substantial experience working with elderly dementia patients. As a Deputy Manager, you will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for residents.

Key Responsibilities:- Support the Care Manager in managing the care home- Lead and motivate the care team- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations- Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and staff- Implement care plans and monitor their effectiveness- Address any issues or concerns within the home promptly

Skills and Experience:- NVQ Level 3 or above in Health and Social Care- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a care setting- Expertise in elderly dementia care- Strong leadership and communication skills
