Deputy Care Manager

Job Title: Deputy Care ManagerLocation: Islington, LondonSalary: £34,000 - £35,000

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Care Manager to join our team in Islington. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a proven track record in a domiciliary care environment.

- Assist the Registered Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring high-quality care services.- Support the management and development of care staff, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.- Coordinate and manage care plans to meet the individual needs of clients.- Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.- Participate in the management of budgets and resources to optimize care delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications:- Experience in domiciliary care management or a similar role.- Strong knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements in the care sector.- Excellent organizational and communication skills.- Leadership and team management abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.- Relevant qualifications in health and social care are desirable.
